The best way to finish off any outfit is with the right accessories.  I love having a selection of earrings, rings, bracelets, etc., to chose from but I hate having to pay a fortune for them because I like to have options.  With me, the bigger the earrings the better.  For some great, big earrings I have found a few places that always deliver, Rue 21 and Forever 21.  Their jewelry doesn't go over twenty bucks and every time I go to either of these stores, I find something I can't leave without buying.  Definitely check them out for jewelry, but they also offer cute clothes!
